The programs are called "iMovie HD" and "Final Cut" I'm not sure how they exactly work but it apparently allows you to do that task.
@Ashura96: lol why did I use a song that has a BGV for an example? Oh well it's just an example :P
Apparently, we've got another video card for the computers so one computer will be getting a hand-me-down upgrade  I think I may try experimenting with this idea myself. | |

I dunno if this is an SM problem or a theme issue, but I set the Meter Type to DDR X and used the theme. So far, as of the July build, the red ratings don't appear at all and it still 10 yellow ratings when I go a rating of 11 or above. | |

If you are, I don't think the theme is compatible with it. | |

That is impossible in StepMania 3.9, like many other things. If X ever comes out for 4.0, it will, most likely, have red overlapping ratings, seeing as they have been done before. | |
