interesting element to the theme he added, MB. Or MB because there was japanese text in the game. After all, DDR and Dancing stage all originated from japan, you know.

Those shots were taken from a previous release that had that japanese text problem (now it's fixed)... so I suggest to try the themes (the latest release available, no older ones) and post about that, because all the galleries (excluding DDR SuperNOVA) are not updated to the latest release.

DDR SuperNOVA WIP News (No new shots)
- Fixed feet colour per difficulty to match SN colurs.
- Added cursor "on" animation when Select Music starts.

I'm downloading a program to get a video of the working screens of the theme to take a look of how's going to feel. Those screens are:
* Attrack loop (PS2 USA mode, not Arcade), exept How to Play (not present on the demo)
* Start Screen Home.
* Select Music
* Stage Screen
* Gameplay
* Failed Screen
* Results Screen

About the Difficulty icons for Select Music, I'll take care of them later (if possible). In the case that some work in the desired way wasn't possible I'll tell you then, for now I won't go ahead with supossitions... but for now it doesn't work.

So, if you can create a DDR SuperNova theme for StepMania 3.9, why must you wait for a stable release of StepMania 4.0 to successfully create a DDR Extreme 2-based theme? My mouth simply waters for that, and I hope to await it by the time you finish your first release of your SuperNova theme.

Because SM4 currently keeps changing rapidly and at huge paces.

i agree with you aj. it just annoying when a theme maker tried to make a theme when something that changes the setting in stepmania 4.0 that throws it way off. so here's hoping we'll have one before the new year!

Why are people even trying to create themes for 4.0 yet? You people keep talking about the changes making it difficult. What does 4.0 have that 3.9 doesn't (besides negative mods)?

EDIT: and don't say online support... I know that.

lol who said anything about that. the changes are on stepmania's website. in the wiki area. now the main difference is the drivers and the setup on how you make things like i said before. if you would look through this area you could see that for yourself. the one dude i know that know more on this subject is Aj 187. so pm him if you would to know more info. sorry aj if you didn't want to be put out like that

it was just cause you gave up info on the theme code that's all.

Thanks ZeroiD, but those images are already on the theme... that doesn't mean that I have all the images of the game.
About the announcer, somebody should take care about making one matching one for the theme.

New images are on the site.
- Added timer overlay.
- Changed BG.
- Edited difficulty icons and feet.
- Used New Novae idea for music wheel.
- Almost finished Results screen metrics.
- Cursors appear from the bottom when select music starts.
- Added some underlay graphics and edited others.
- And maybe I forgot some other work not listed here.

looks good! i got to see about 80% of those screenshots before the bandwidth limit was exceeded. again. hehehe

you might want to consider having a different webserver if you get a lot of page views.

i have an idea takuya. when you eventually finish the supernova theme, post up with a bg folder so people can pick which one to have as there bg, coz how the background cycles through colors
