i have an idea takuya. when you eventually finish the supernova theme, post up with a bg folder so people can pick which one to have as there bg, coz how the background cycles through colors
In fact, it'd need some BGAnimation command that changes the BG hue constantly or something like that...
The rainbow idea was added, but there's a big problem with it and with the rings (both have the same problem). I test the new novae BGAnimation an I found why the transitions are without rings (on the novae theme)... because SM loads the BGAnimation again from the beginning every time it loads a screen (the transition looks horrible), the same occurs for rainbow and I have no clue about how it should be fixed.
The idea is to get the BGAnimation working continuously and cicling during the game execution, to perform the SuperNOVA BG effect.
Any idea??
PD:
dsd-teamuk you was added to my msn contact list... I hope to get you online.
I'm starting to think it's not possible in 3.9, as every theme I've seen with a changing background resets. In 3.95/old SMO and SM4, it doesn't seem to restart every time.
But... I found a little thing that I don't know if can be fixed...
(image uploaded to Imageshack... damned GeoSHITies and its bandwidth limit <.<)
As you can see, the grade obtained is at the CENTER of the song selection frame, while in the original version, it's located at the right of the score...
There's detailed information about DDR SuperNOVA progress on this address: Link: See post number 9... but that info is in spanish (chilean spanish not mexican... they differ in some words).
