The golden rule: DON'T RUSH THEMERS.

Personally I can wait for Supernova Beta 3. I think we should all relax in the comfort that when Takuya does get back round to theming Supernova its going to turn out bloody brilliant if he's as passionate about making it as perfect as he's making Max2.

We can wait, we are just really excited. Patient, but excited. That's all.

[16:02:06] AJ187> maybe I should make it spin to the bpm lol
[16:15:10] GRIM657> it is pretty cool in theory
[16:15:15] GRIM657> but looks terrible
[16:15:29] GRIM657> because whatever's spinning resets to the default position every time the bpm changes
Of course, this assumes the Cube's done in 3d and not as a set of sprites. When someone gets me a Euromix 2 CD, we'll finally know for sure.
but yeah, "effectclock,bgm".

I'm working hard to get the game the closer to the real game as possible...
Thanks for your comments and concern :P

One wonderful thing was it gave you a really nice visual idea if you didn't understand how bpm worked. It was a great feature. I wonder what made them think of it and why it was never put in Max2 or ever reused? I don't think it would work in todays games though as you rightly outlined: some songs are just too frigging fast.
