Be for you say anything, I'm positive there's already a thread on how to make a theme. I looked. Either There really isn't one, or I'm nearly blind, and really stupid.
Sorry for the dumb question, but I've been wanting to make an underwater type theme for a while, or a green theme, but I don't know how. Could somebody provide me with a link or tutorial in a post or something? Thank you.
Also, I got the gist of metrics from Techno Fiend's Mini-Tutorial. Download the theme, Techno Fiend at StepManiaThings - Home, and open the metrics file. That should give you some information too.
