Where the hell are the 4.0 noteskins?

Am I blind or are they hard to find... Specifically, I'd like something like note+, but almost anything would be better then the two that come with sm.

note: vivid11, 3.9 notes, and ITG all have 4 each in them IIRC.

vector does not work with the 1-3 build but works with the optical beta one.
