Lol, I don't come on for a day and a half and look what happens. DDR B1 is released and I'm already getting reviews for my entry (One Heart). It makes me happy that it's being received better than my ITG entry, at least so far.

Oh, and Xythar, thanks for your review. It made me happy. And about your wondering whether heavy should have been a 6 or a 7: Stepmania told me it was a 6, and I tend to just follow what tSepmania says. I'm not very good about that.

You shouldn't base your scores on the quality of the video anyway. It was forced to be a certain size because of the filesize limit for submissions, there's not much that can be done about that. Anyway, the YSI link's only there because I asked sanchny for a higher quality version, it's not like he's trying for more points.

Uh... You realise that DDR songs do not have artist names on the BGs, right? I mean, it was kind of funny seeing you get increasingly annoyed about it in each review, but there's a reason they all weren't doing it, and it wasn't just to spite you.

Also, Shake It Down has no double steps in it. I have played it about 3 bazillion times on feet making sure of that. The only part you will have to double step is if you don't want to do the spins, and that would involve the difficult task of double stepping quarter notes. It's not really a big ask.

You might also want to complain to Konami about the "cut ending too abruptly" thing. I didn't make it.

Edit: Played it again to make absolutely sure on double steps. If you're still having trouble, tell me which measure or 'part' of the song and I'll tell you why there are no doublesteps there.

This is not the ITG bracket, DDR doesn't require the artist in the BG. Change it please.

Yeah, that's because it's a requirement in the rules that ITG entries have artist name in BG, but DDR ones do not.

Because you take way too many points off for really trivial things and have problems with things that you shouldn't have problems with, I guess.

Could I get some clarification on the double steps in Shake it Down?

I can understand the artist name thing since that was not something to dock points on, but man, I think the rest of my reviews are pretty fair.

Xythar: the problem is that it's 8th notes leading into doublestepping. i wouldn't want to spin like that or doublestep after the crossover 8th notes. that said, doublestepping the 8th notes and then the 4th notes seems like fun. maybe i'll add points, maybe i won't.

Yeah, I really had all the sixteenths, jacks and step-jumps in the latter part of the Heavy chart too.

You don't have to like it, but don't accuse me of being sloppy, because I assure you everything you see is there for a reason and has been combed through over and over again. I am very careful with my hard steps.

The speedup's a gimmick and that's a memorization part. It's really nowhere near as hard as it looks. For comparison, see Burnin' the Floor (Momo Mix) in DDR itself, although that's only 340 BPM.
