It happens sometimes when I have comcast. In an attempt to get the file, I messed around with the ITG link until I got it, and then made a post about it without really checking to make sure it was okay.

I lost internet last Sunday; they were supposed to come out on Wednesday; they never did; it seems to be working now but they were still supposed to come out ASAP to make sure when I called them Thursday; they never did.
