I'm not entirely sure I get the voting for yourself thing. You have to put your song in 3 categories, I take it - so does one of those have to be Steps? Because if you put your song in Steps and two others it gets 5 points, but if you put it in three non-steps categories it gets 3 points.

Make it easy and put it in steps. Everyone else will.

I know. There just weren't enough votes to go around, and I slighted a lot of files I really like.

I know he's going to kill me depending on your answer, but how do you want me and Capn to vote? Should we both vote in half (as in vote seperately, so as to spread our 1.5 in steps and .5 in everything else further around), decide between ourselves how to vote (thus voting in half for the same things), or just both cast full votes?

I'm totally confused with the whole "entrants must vote for the own song" - does that mean I can give DREAM OF YOU and CHEAP TRICK KINDA GIRL 5 points if I feel like they deserve it, or is it a case of I MUST give them both 5 points....

Also, one other question - do we have to give votes for every division - I don't have a clue about KB files at all and would feel like a hypocrite giving my opinions on them as I cannot even pass them...

You two only get one combined vote, so you guys need to come up with your vote between yourselves and have one of you send it to me.

-Only vote for the Divisions (DDR, ITG, KB) you want to.
-And you MUST give your own song 5 points, especially if you want it to be fair for yourself because other authors have already voted that way and will continue to. I do not want any entrants sacraficing points they have worked for.

Well, it was by far my favorite simfile of the tournament. <.< Also, only one of two to get 5 points from me.

I submitted my vote before you said this, if I send another one can that one get counted instead? I think we're only going to change the DDR entry stuff.

Half the songs are close to tieing, and only one is trailing.

DDR
Songs with 1-10 points:5
Songs with 11-20 points:5
Soungs with 21+ points:2

What if some reason, two songs are tied. How will the tiebreaker be like?

If the tie is for first, a runoff with just those two entries will be held.

Otherwise they tie.
