If you don't know how this works, then you weren't around for any past OSCs. This time around, we're going back to the simplified format mostly for convienience's sake and because I think this one's more elegant.
Each person may PM me,
one time. The PM must have the Subject "DDR OSC Bong - Votes" (ANYTHING OTHER THAN THAT WILL BE REJECTED, I WILL BE AN ASSHOLE THIS TIME), and the text may have as much or little justification as you like, which must include at least one sentence to prove you're human. Finally, at the end of the PM, write your votes for your first, second, and third place songs.
Each first place vote is worth two points, each second and third place vote one point. Whichever file gets the most points from this, wins. Simple enough right?

On Thursday, February 8th, at an unspecified time (so get those votes in early!) but probably around 4 PM Alaska Time, I will log onto Bemanistyle and check privmsg.php. Every PM I see at that time (including those on deeper pages) gets counted. The results, however, won't go up until sometime Friday because of
Baito Hell 2000. I'll also at that time post a complete log of votes, including any rejected votes. In true AOL fashion, all usernames will be replaced with numbers, so you won't know the
name of the dude who confessed his fetish for Bavarian cream-filled donuts in their vote, but you'll know
someone did it.

). Anyway, for those very few of you who might have noticed, I haven't been on for a while. Yes, I know you guys have all missed me here on BMS, but I'm back so be happy!... or else! With the inconvenience of moving to a new home, I've been shut off from use of the internet since last Friday morning. I feel very strange sending my PM this late, but I had no other choice. Some might see my votes as a bit strange. I really had to think about which simfiles deserved the title of OSC BoNG, even if they didn't have the most extras. I didn't vote for myself, if anybody was wondering, which probably no one cares anyway, because I respect everyone else's simfiles. I would feel selfish if I voted for myself. However, I'm not against anyone else voting on their own simfile if it really deserves that spot. Hopefully, I won't ever be gone from internet access, especially at such a critical point in this competition, ever again so that my unique and speciality shines all over the beauitful and scenic site we all know as bemanistyle. (Psh, Cheezeness to the EXTREME!
