I'd call Kiss Kiss eurospeed or similar. It's a bit fast and poppy for happy hardcore. Same for September, even though it's the right speed.
I don't know what LTD is either. It reminds me vaguely of Go Away from 90's mix in a few ways, so I'd say it's closer to Latin than Hawaiian, but it's not really that either. There was one other song that sounded just like it but I don't remember what it was now. | |

It took me at least 20 minutes to add directories into it (otherwise it pulled up the old OSC versions), find it in my way-too-many-courses scrollwheel, and fail it twice.
