Between me and my friends, we (try our best to) play through all the stepfiles in this competition on heavy/hard and oni/expert mode. ^_^
For realism's sake, I will change the timing on the SM machine for the purposes of testing the simfiles of this tournament, Marvellous timing will be turned on for the ITG bracket (aka like fantastics) and only perfects will be on for the DDR brackets. If you're really interested in the exact numbers, here is what I'll be using. - I also got some extra info from a friend who has a copy of the actual ITG 2 stepmania.ini so I fixed some stuff regarding mine sensitivity as well. (PadStickSeconds, there's also a small JudgeWindowAdd in ITG 2 as well to compensate for pad stuff, or something like that, it's in there anyway)

Playtesting all the files on the machine might be a little tiring.

Playtesting all the files on the machine might be a little tiring. | And not to mention impossible. I don't think I could do a KB file on a mat. XD
In all seriousness, it would be cool to have someone play them on a SM machine. I say try it out.

This is the same machine that VJAMix debuted on, right? Heh.

And yeah, a well-positioned PC with decent powered speakers and an Ignition pad doesn't cut it. If only I could build a setup centered on my friend's tweaked-out Afterburners...

Crono is probably better of for playing 12s and up since I would look like a fool (I only have a few 12s under my belt), but regardless if there's ITG entries with lots of hands, I want at em on a real machine. =D
P.S. Adam, it won't actually be next weekend I'll be in the hat, but the weekend after that (August 5th). Hopefully your place will be open to visitors then? =)

Oh well. I'd rather see my DDR entry on a machine. I did it on a soft pad and did well, but a machine would be cooler.

Total Tokens: 8,306.58 Donate Tokens | It would be mighty fine to have all the simfiles tested on an arcade machine. Sounds extremely creative to me. Dukamok would probably be needed for someone to pass my 13-foot ITG entry, though.
