It's the kind of song that's not very forgiving on a sightread however, with the stops and speedup. It's still one of the files I keep coming back to, tho :P | |

You need more footspeed for A Voice Spoke To Me's run, but it doesn't have the reading issue Bloodrush brings because its patterns aren't horribly odd.
And CronoSquare, are you going to record A Voice Spoke To Me again, only with a pass?

It's hard for me to give a solid opinion on which file is best just having played through a few of them once. (one of them twice because someone didn't hit record by accident) I'd have to say my best first impression goes to Asteroid expert, but I feel really to give a solid favourite without playing a few of them again would be a bit premature. (I'm moreso concentrating on filming a run-through of each of them right now)

Total Tokens: 1,652.03 Donate Tokens | About $2000, because I lucked out and got the cabinet cheap. I had bad luck and the power source fried the day before a major tournament, so we ripped EVERYTHING out and put a TV, home stereo, amp in as well. (Normally you can just use the monitor that's in the DDR machine, its sound and amp as well.) You definitely need to buy a computer/decent graphics card, so that can be a good chunk of the cost if you do it that way. (And if you use the DDR monitor you also need to buy a special adaptor for the video signal to work) Ummm...aaand yeah, we used an Xbox controller instead of a JPAC because the JPAC always crashed, we basically ripped apart an XBox DDR pad and took the control thingy out of it, and then splices a USB cable onto the X-box controller, since it is basically USB with a different head. (It's easy to do, you just match the colors up, there are plenty of tutorials on how to do it) Overall, it's a big pain in the ass actually, and the machine we have now isn't even 100% stable. (It still randomly crashes once in a while, where the X-box controller will just random disconnect itself for whatever reason >< )
