Other competitions and compilations are acceptable, but not necessarily encouraged.
Also, reservations will be opened earlier than the rules being posted, with due date being a few weeks after posting of rules, to ensure people have time to polish files.
I won't be able to check this thread for the next several days, since I am in the middle of Finals Week. Once I'm past that, I'll be finding a co-admin and working with them to get things rolling.
