I hadn't heard of that, but I might not have read the new rules carefully enough. Yeah, you're probably right if that's the case (it really doesn't make any sense to only let one entry through if the divisions' finals are separate), so I'll wait to hear from BlueSS on that...
I dunno about having separate divisions for the finals in general, tho. It works in DDR, but for ITG/KB I would assume the results would just be the same again, right?

Where are the rules for the finale again? Which one I choose depends on three things:
1) What mix of judge/public grading is used
2) Whether the solo charts factor in
3) Which of the just-missed contestants bribes me better | |

I can say for definite that the solo steps do not count in the final round - they were purely a way for people to have a second chance to access the final round...
I had thought the whole one song/one author in the final rule had been done away with as well, as this wasn't stated in the rules. It's gonna be the same as usual that people will not even bother about certain songs because of their chosen game (for example, I would not be interested in any KB song, as KB files do not interest me - also, I will always prioritise DDR over ITG as that is my preferred choice...) | |
