Background Video question

Sorry if this sounds stupid or anything but...this will be the first file i've done with a video and I kinda need some help.

Ok...so i've got the video...it works and all of that. It's just a little too slow. Boosting it to 120% makes it go to fast, is there any way to hit 110% or is it only possible to jump from 100% to 120%.

By editing it in the .SM or .DWI file with Notepad, you should be able to achieve any speed. Thing is, I've never edited a video speed IN an SM file so I'm not exactly sure of what to look for except in the #BGCHANGES line searching for something like 120% rate or 1.2 or something around those lines and changing it to 110% or 1.1.
