BPM's off?

Well I have Stepmania on an external hard drive, and I play it off there. I recently got a new computer, and when I played it, the BPM was slightly faster on every song. I remember I had a simfile where the BPM was perfect, and right now it accelerates faster. To explain how much faster it goes, imagine getting Marvelouses when the Judging Difficulty is at 1, but now you're getting Perfects.

Are you sure the BPM speeds up.. and the sync isn't just off?...

Can the sync be off on ALL the simfiles?

Global Off-sync. You can find it in your StepMania.ini. Basically, the Global Off-sync takes the sync/gap on EVERY SIMFILE and virtually changes it that much. Finding out how much you need to change is the hardest part.

Every computer is different so when you got your new computer it messed everything up... Just tweak around with the global offset until it seems fine.
