Default Computer hook-up with A-V?

I am trying to get SM to work on my TV but this TV is quite old and has only A-V (the red, yellow, and white) connections. I realize this will mean a different graphics card, but I could not find one with A-V connection. So, I am wondering if there is a way for this to work. Maybe there is a special cable I need, I don't know. Thanks for the help.

you need an 8in to audio conversion cord to connect your sound card to the TV and you need a V-Out compatible graphics card to pull that off, i think the nVidia5200 and Radeon 9200 both have them (primitive cards)

you can get a cheap pci interface video card that has s-video out for around 40$. Use a s-video cable with an analog video (yellow) and plug it into the tv. I've done it before on my friend's tv and it worked pretty well. For sound you can just use the computer speakers, but im pretty sure there are converters available.

I wouldn't suppose there is an S-Video to A-V cable is there?

*EDIT*
I might try that. That sounds like it would be the cheapest of my options. I didn't know you could plug in the S-Video cable to the yellow slot and have it work fine. Thank you.

You can get cables that just go from your headphone jack on your computer or speakers and connect to the red and white slots.

S-Video cables do not carry over sound, just video.

If you have s-video, you can get a converter and run the yellow video cords to your TV. Then get a simple, cheap earplug to stereo Y cable for audio. I've done this a million times and it's quite easy once you've figured it out. Feel free to PM me for help
