Custom Sort Categories?

As the title says, I am wondering if there is a way to make a custom sort option (what I was thinking is having a 'Workout' sort method where songs are labeled 'Warmup', 'Constant Pace', 'Fast Pace', etc.) where each song would have to be labeled into one of the categories.

Please do not flame me for this seeming to be a stupid question. Thanks in advance.

Anyone have any ideas? I've looked through the metrics and could not find anything.

At the moment, no.

To add a new sort category, it would require a source code change along with a metric change.

Yeah, I kind of figured it'd be a bit more deep than changing/adding some metrics. But then again I don't know a great deal about metrics and such. Thank you for the info.

I guess for anyone interested, I thought of something that would probably work for my case at least. I think what I will do is label the sub folders that the songs are in with "Warm Up" and such. Then there is still the option to sort it by artist and song name as well. This is probably the closest thing I'll get, at least right now, to getting what I am wanting.

Guess that's good enough, better than mashing sourcecode...
