If you mean marvelous, you can enable it under machine options I believe it is. EDIT it's gameplay options
If you want ridiculous timing you need to download a patch located here

It just takes practice. 3 months, then 6 months, then 9 months, if you just keep playing and enjoying you'll improve so much. (disclaimer: spread improves faster than index improves much faster than one handed)
