Does anyone know where to buy a PS2 to USB plug to play Stepmania, LOCALLY?

Does anyone know where/if these plugs to play Stepmania with can be found locally and not online, such as at walmart/circuit city/best buy/gamestop? I've had no luck; they only have the ps3 to usb converters at walmart and best buy says that they aren't permitted to stock their shelves with that item.

I think it's been gone over, and over, and over, and over again that USB is NOT your friend is you are trying to play Pad on StepMania. What you should get is this and then use this driver to get it running properly.
