I have seen some pretty impressive bgs and bns goins arouns when I download user-made files. When you download mine...they're either crappy or not my creation. Anyone know of a free program (not photoshop) that can give me some decent results? I really hate Paint.

Also, paint.net I believe it was called is a good open-source program with some nice features.
