ITG arrows for 4.0

Does anyone know where I can get the metal noteskin for 4.0 from ITG.

an authentic metal noteskin would require massive work to pull off (yanking it from ITGPC doesn't work, believe it or not, and the images for the notes are in ONE FRAME). I think there is a 2D variant over at Stepmaniathings.com, though. you may be able to get something done combining that and the 3D note noteskin (if it is in 3D... I'd have to check)

don't count on it, 4.0 is about as stable as a duck in mayonaise, aka it's not gonna happen anytime soon since the theming and noteskin style keeps changing.

Yeah, once there were noteskins of ITG that were compatible with SM 4.0 CVS, but at the moment they updated that build, it got unstable and didn't work anymore.

Until then, we can only hope that ''duck learns to slide on mayonaise'' .

ITG Noteskins for SM4.0

The only thing I did to make it work is change the ''BaseRotationZdegree'' value in .xml files by ''BaseRotationZ'' ... Et voilà !

(Don't forget to remove anything from the noteskins/dance folder (well...especially flat and default) before unzipping this in the stepmania folder)

i remember i found metal arrwos for 4.0 somewhere on stepmania.com, but i did that on my other comp so i forgot the link i have 2 find it.

i'm finding a problem with the arrows, any time I play 4.0. the first song I play they work fine (I Always Use Cell), but when I go to play the next song the arrows are all invisible execpt for hold notes and possibly roll notes. i'm running it in opengl only, i'm going to try adding d3d back in and see of that does anything. but any help would be great.

This happened to me in OpenITG, and it was because I had deleted Noteskins/common. I don't know if this helps you any.
