 ITG VS DDR (the mix, NOT the lawsuit)
Hello, this is inthegroove, here to bring you an important announcement. For those of you who do not know, inujosha and I have created two separate yet related series of mixes featuring music from both Dance Dance Revolution and In The Groove. These "ITG VS DDR" songs, have been widely welcomed into the hearts of dance game lovers everywhere, and the creators were wondering if any more encores were necessary.
Also, this would also be a good time to vote either by telling us or putting on this pole whose series you liked better. Why are we doing this you say? Well i'm delighted that you asked. You see, inujosha was the original mixer of ITG VS DDR songs and during development of his fourth mix is when i started creating my own mixes. However, there are differences in our mixes. What differences? Well here's a few...
...1)Inujosha mixed songs that took up two stages on stepmania while I made mixes that only took one stage... 2)Inujosha had many repeats of music (not to blame him, he did have limited music to use and a lot of time to fill) while i had minimum repeats of the same song, or having two songs next to each other from the same series... 3)Inujosha held a consistant bg... 4) inthegroove (me) was the first to post a fifth installment...
Upcoming, i'm hoping to have available on this site, will be the first MARATHON mixed ITG VS DDR. This song was mixed by me and will feature steps from inujosha himself, and will be the first ITG VS DDR to require three stages to play. In other words, we would just like your opinion and feedback to see if we should keep this going as long as we can, or if we have enough. We also need a sense of what style you enjoyed more so that the both of us can make future mixes more loved.
