TougaKiryuu did a nice tutorial on it. And TougaKiryuu is mod so this might be locked ^.^
Using the search function on thread helps alot so click that and click whatever post that started ITG topic and don't be lazy to scroll around or search more topics. Cause the official simfile request is alot of pages and that search thing at the bottom narrows down alot of matches to your liking. http://www.bemanistyle.com/forum/sea...searchid=14975

Marketplace Rating: 0 | Just a heads up: you're not allowed to discuss ripped ITG sims. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if you got the music and stepfiles by a method besides ripping it from the disc, it's still legal.

filename of the cd title image file goes here and image has to be present in either the song folder or /cdtitles in the stepmania directory.

Must be a ratio of 4:3 resolution.
Banner - 256x80 is the ideal size, you use 512x160 but it will resize it to 256x80. Just stick 256x80.
CDtitle - any size that is not take up more than 50% of the banner. I suggest max 125x60... I might be wrong
Can be either .png or .jpg are the most commonly used formats. But .png is best with transparent images.
Of course you need photoshop to this... I use Jasc Photoshop Pro 8. But there are others like Adobe and GIMP (which is free) So go google them.

Marketplace Rating: 0 | 1. Put CD title and background in directory with song
2. Start Stepmania, go to options, go to reload songs/courses
3. If you know how to get the right dimensions they'll be used automatically.
