a little more in depth:
in each folder that has songs you'll want to make an Extra1.crs and Extra2.crs
Extra1 is ES and Extra2 is OMES. You can set mod selections for them like you normally would in a course file; however you cannot do itg-style mod changes during the song like you can in nonstops
example:
let's say that you basically had extreme in stepmania, seperated by folders of the green songs which we will call NEW, yellow which we'll call CROSSOVERS, purple which we'll call CS SONGS, and red which we'll call BOSS. each folder would need to have the Extra1.crs/Extra2.crs in them and they would need to read as such:
Extra1:
#SONG:BOSS/the legend of MAX:Heavy:1.5x,reverse,norecover;
Extra2:
#SONG:BOSS/Dance Danve Revolution:Challenge:3x,reverse,suddendeath;
you can put other mods on if you like and experiment. you can also use percentage modifiers for those mods; for example, if you want the arrows to be half hidden on lom, you could put:
#SONG:BOSS/the legend of MAX:Heavy:1.5x,reverse,50% stealth,norecover;
