there's this thing that keeps on popping up everytime i try to play stepmania

The folder 'Songs/Haruka Kanata' contains music files.

This means that you have a music outside of a song folder.
All song folders must reside in a group folder. For example, 'Songs/DDR 4th Mix/B4U'.

Well, this means that you did not unzip the files correctly. As the error states, you have to have a GROUP folder with the music in it. So, you have to make another folder inside the "Songs" folder. Then you put the Haruka Kanata folder in there. Simply put, the order is like this:

"Songs" Folder » Group Folder » Song Folder
