KONAMI SSQ (DDR) File Format question...

A friend of mine wishes to know some details on the format...

I wasn't exactly sure if any guru here had tinkered with the format or not. Boosh is getting antsy to try something, I believe, so he wanted to know if anyone knew any information on the specs...
