.LRC files

I've been wanting some .LRC files, but I can't find them. Does anybody know of a website or program where I can make .LRC files for Stepmania?

Thats easy.
Open up notepad, save as, click the scroll down list of type of file, choose all files, and name.LRC. for example:

songlyrics.LRC

always trust notepad

How would it be in sync with the song though?

Listen to the song and record the exact time the words come up and write it like this. [X:X.XXX]

say it is 1:20.409

[1:20.409]

Something like that.

OH! What you don't understand is that you have to make Lyric Files BY HAND. There is no program that will do it automaticly.

pretty much straight forward for most beginners.

- Though I stop using after learning memory leakage after use on my old computer. (stays in the ram memory after close)

Yup, just make sure you make it a .lrc file

(If you have extensions hidden make sure it's actually a .lrc and not something like filename.lrc.txt)

also...
[c=HEXADECIMAL RGB] will make every row below it that color
| will make another line (up to 2 lines of lyrics)
- denotes a pause, and will pause the lyric hilighting for a short period (1/4 second?)
to cut off a line of lyrics, add a blank lyric spot where you want the lyrics to cut off. i.e.,

I don't know if these are correct, so only use them if you want to see how far off I was.

Control + Save.

Save as All Files.

File extension = .lrc

LRC, NOT LCD

I tried it doing exactly this. Numbers - lyrics. Just like that, saved it as a .lrc. Why the heck isn't it working?
