I think it is totally worth buying because so you don't have to go to the arcade all the time. Its really usefull when you want the pad to stay in one place. The other regular dance pads make you slip and fall and are just too annoying, so i think you should buy one or customize it yourself

well I dont know about mymybox dance pads because i dont have one. But i do have a metal dance pad and I must say they are way better than those cheap lil mats that they sell with the game. I also think that there was another thread about metal pads on here but I cant remembr where. Im sure someone will post the link soon though..

You're right, here's the link:
I have an old Red Octane Ignition pad, works great, but the new ones they're making suck. As for metal pads the Cobalt Flux rules supreme. At least from what I hear.

I wouldn't suggest it... for that price you might as well be getting a nice Cobalt Flux...

I would actually suggest it. It looks really nice, and it has lexan panels (the same material as on a Cobalt Flux). This means the arrows will not crack on you, at least not for a long time. Also, it looks, and probably feels alot more like the arcade. CFs even with arcade mods just arent very close, I would know, I own some. Sheet metal contacts are also in this pad, so it sounds just like a CF, but more like the arcade, for less $$$.
