Not that I know of, I'm pretty sure it just has the colour based on which number of mix it is. Only thing that you can do is number them, because the mixes are alphabetically listed.

(Perhaps there's a bit of a hack or something you can do? Don't think it's part of making theme adjustments...I'd have to check...)

because i download song but they are different than both the .sm or the .ogg

It's possible that you are converting to OGG at too low a frequency, too low or too high a kbps rate, or that the converter you're using has an inproper flux in the variable output. Try flat 128kbps at 48khz when exporting. If you are not normally given that option on whatever software you use then look through the preferences or download Audacity

These are the lines for what you are talking about in the default theme. As to how to adjust those numbers accurately, I'm not sure.

As far as sorting the folders manually... I'm fairly certain that it can't be done.

Upload the metrics file on SendSpace then post the download link here, along with what version of StepMania it is meant for.

I solved it, I just added the screenoptionsmasterline into the metrics by hand, and it worked...

if it's not any in the metrics for the theme you are using then stepmania will go to the default theme metrics and grad the screenoptions stuff from there. Change your speedmods in the default theme and they should appear in the theme you're using.
