Newbie question: Sharing and Scoring sim files

New to the site and to Step Mania, so I have a question.

I've browsed through and seen the sim requests, but I am curious if there is a place where people upload their sims for criticism and free use. Sort of like how Animemusicvideos.org is for AMVs.

Is there one here, or is there one out there in the vast gravitic void that is the internet?

Probably talking about the Simfile Database. That's as close as you're going to get to what you've mentioned...and by criticism that's a rarity.
