Hey Kitty, I read the sticky, and chose not to follow it, because its stupid, and placed by someone who shouldnt have any power anyway. Like Color said, ban one song, ban them all. you are just being selfish. You can have your little controll over this site, but I will make sure its is posted everywhere else. Your still not reading completely what we are saying. If your that dense, to not understand that banning one song and having a crapload of others all over the place is wrong, then it may be best for you to take this up with someone higher up, such as DMCA. As far as this site goes, everything is done wrong, and as long as its all done wrong equally, I dont care. But if your going to start protecting those around you, Im gonna start protecting the licences that are illegally on this site. | |

If any artist told us they don't want their files on our site, we take them down. This isn't anything new, it has happened in the past several times.
Also we are working on making the site more "legal." In the past month we have talked about moving all the simfiles and media completely off the site. So cali_surfer if that is what you really want, then you just might get it.

I am sure if that were to happen another site would be created and what would be left of Bemanistyle.com....useless conversation about Delta Max and "Look at me, Im a Mod". So, if your going to delete the sims..then look at the user ratio of downloads vs the user ratio of forum posts and other options on bemanistyle. You delete the sims you delete the many users who actually appreciate bemanistyle. As for the legality of Bemanistyle, thats a joke.

The simfiles were all gathered up by Makou so that he'd be able to give it to Myst before school totally killed his spare time.
And I like having fully compressed .dwi files. It saves space. | |
