Not that I'm aware of. There are links to simulators in the Beatmania forum though.

Jazzy Groove isn't official.

Club version is in the DDR:UK packs. You'll need to register to download, but it's free.

Jazzy Groove was in Dance Maniax, though it was only part of a mixed song, but I'd sure like to find a full PARANOiA Jazzy Groove sometime
