Okay, what the hell is wrong with my StepMania now

Okay, I have no idea why this suddenly started happening. I went into StepMania earlier, and I went into the Options because I was going to Reload/Song Courses. I pushed up on my keyboard, and it just freaked out on me! It instantly scrolled through all the options back to the very top. I tried to push down, but it wouldn't let me scroll down. I couldn't set any of my options! After that I went to play a game, everything was okay, and was working properly. So next I went into the editor, everything was working fine in the editor too except when I hit escape to exit the editor the exact same thing that happened in the Options happened. Luckily, it wasn't scrolling as fast as it was in the Options, so I could time it that if I hit enter at just the right time I could exit the editor.

I keep restarting SM, and trying other things, but I honestly have no idea what is going on or how to fix it. Help!

Did you try pushing the up arrow key again? Sometimes a key will "stick" like that, but if you push it again it will stop.

I'm 102% sure it's not that.

You've got a couple of options:

(1) Uninstall / Remove all of your StepMania (not including song, noteskin, theme add-ons) and reinstall.

(2) Assume that your computer is infected with some kind of virus, spyware, adware, or that one of your drivers is acting up and format.

If there is any other option, I don't know of it.

Yeah, that same thing happens to me also with the tab key sometimes.
Just try to hit it and see if it lets up and if not, re-install stepmania like ZanasoBayncuh said or it could be that you have a virus, like he said
