The other 3 only have different video clips stringed together...and those seem to get harder to find everyday.

I have a max 300 simfile which has all the video clips and the .sm file incorporating them. I believe you can download it from FFR resonance.

okay I put the video in its respective folder and it wont play during the song. whats the problem? ):

You need to set the .sm to play the video. For example, Max 300 has a section that looks like this:

#BGCHANGES:31.500=Pressure.avi=1.000=1=0=0,

79.500=Up~Right Spikes.avi=1.000=0=1=1,
95.500=CBH!CS.avi=1.000=0=1=1,

...
etc
...
424.000=Pressure.avi=1.000=0=1=1,
426.000=Numeric Wireframe.avi=1.000=0=1=1,

99999=-nosongbg-=1.000=0=0=0 // don't automatically add -songbackground-

You can edit the .sm directly or one of the options in edit/sync songs does it.
