It said the song had a missing file..i had no idea that MP3 files had more then 1 file IN THEM...
Alright so...here's what I had.*Followed the tutorial exactly or atleast he THOUGHT SO*
#TITLE:1080 Snowboarder;
#SUBTITLE:Super Smash Bros Brawl;
#ARTIST:;
#TITLETRANSLIT:;
#SUBTITLETRANSLIT:;
#ARTISTTRANSLIT:;
#CREDIT:Guilder;
#BANNER:1080.png;
#BACKGROUND:Avalanche.png;
#CDTITLE:Guilder!;
#MUSIC:1080Snowboarder.mp3;
#MUSICBYTES:0;
#MUSICLENGTH:;
#OFFSET:;
#SAMPLESTART:;
#SAMPLELENGTH:;
#SELECTABLE:YES;
#BPMS:0.000=;
#STOPS:;
#BGCHANGES:;
So the song actually came up in the list. I made a folder called 1080 Snowboarder, Added the Banner, Avatar/CDTitle picture, MP3 File and of course, the .sm file.
I went into the game, went to edit/sync, Went to the song that appeared in the list and it said my music file is missing a file......Why is that?
Not to mention the banner and CDTITLE did not show up in the Event shower thing. And I set them up exactly. Why is that? Please someone tell me what I've done wrong or what I HAVEN'T done...

after you fix that, you should reload songs (main menu->options->Reload Songs)
EDIT: I would rename all filenames with no numbers, spaces, or special symbols (just letters.extension) and see how it goes.

for example, if it's Guilder!.png, you should add the EXACT filename together with the extension
then reload. | |

Naming something with special characters that are still file-system ready shouldn't affect it, but you do need that .PNG extension.
For the record, mine's titled !hiryuu.png. :P

All of the files that you need in your simfile should be inclusive in the folder you're creating. For instance, with that SM files fixed, you may have something like the following in that folder:
dance.sm
dance.dwi
dance.ogg (or in your case, .MP3, though .ogg is heavily preferred for simming)
!cdtitle.png
background.png
banner.png
Unless you have additional graphics for BG or animations, that should be ALL you would need in your folder. If it STILL doesn't show after all of that, I would consider going into your options and Reloading All Songs and Courses or alternatively going into the SM editor, choose to edit a stage of the simfile then immediately back out. That'll reload that file by itself only.

in the #BPMS: tag, you have 0.00=;. all you should need to do is enter the starting bpm after the = and it should work. if it doesn't, then i really don't know what will
