Is it possible to make simfiles with songs over 10 minutes long?

It definitely works, as I have one. I'm not sure if this goes over the 10 MB limit, but this simfile is definitely in one of the limits and is a little over 10 minutes.

It's pretty stupid to make a song 10 minutes long unless it has a good reason to be 10 minutes long+.

I've done it with 22 minute long files...

I know DDR EXTREME Nonstop Megamix, for what good that's worth, did it in around 40-45 minutes.

Yes, possible to have 10 minutes. However, it will be categorized under the Marathon songs in StepMania... SM can have any much of time you want to make.

Not to mention parse time on load and song finish. The longer the file, the longer it'll be before the song comes up when you choose it in the song wheel.

On older systems, this can take upwards of nearly a half or full minute on really long files.

There's an old simfile that used to be popular for a 10 minute nightwish song.

Heck, someone stepped "Jesus of Suburbia" by Green Day which is like 15 minutes.

Someone made a simfile which lasts for a couple of days. No one's ever played it, of course; it's just a proof of concept.
