Request: tut on DDR -> SM machine

Awhile back there was a brief thread that had directions and required parts to make a DDR machine into a Stepmania machine. I know the basics that are required, such as a J-PAC and ArcadeVGA card (or arcade monitor with digital input), but I would like to know if anyone has the required info for adding light support and maybe a step by step process. I'm gauging buying a machine in the future for this purpose.

I recall finding a series of videos that explain to do it somewhere on You Tube... I'll find them and I'll post them up. These videos are actually made in this Month so it's not complete >.>

Well that pretty much explained all the stuff that I knew already, because he didn't show the part on bridging the pad wires. That's really all I don't know exactly how to do.

the excess wires you just splice and screw to the jpac.
