Requesting help identifying a song

This is a song I had on SM a long time ago and I burned to a cd. I have since deleted the song from SM and I don't remember the name of it or who the author is, etc.

Since the songs on this cd were alphabetical, I'm fairly sure the name starts with an N or O, but I'm not positive. (It was between MSWGO and Party4U)
