I have a bit of a problem. On the song select screen, it doesn't show the letter grade of my best score on a song. It still shows my best percentage (I'm on 4.0), but no letter grade. I looked in my graphics folder, and I DO have the right graphic with the grades on it, but I'm guessing something in the code is awol.
Anybody got any ideas? | |

When i save a file in the stepmania 4.0 editor, exit the editor and then either go into the editor again with the song or try to play the song in the game, all the arrows are missplaced, totaly. Does anyone know what might be the problem? | |

The fact that currently, sm4.0 is a piece of crap the screws up on about 75% of the things we'd like it to do?
Or maybe I'm just pissed off because it won't play arrows on overhead, but hey... maybe it's just me... Maybe it's not...

Just remember SM4.0 is in WIP to Final releases. So, you guys should know that they are going to be so many bugs.

Well, same for me on my StepMania_CVS_4.0(4-9-06).exe version. The letter grades on the song wheel.
But new updates recently on Stepmania.com shows it.
The only thing I stayed on old one... Cause the new updates does not have shortcut of ctrl+letter on SMO song sorting.

I'm still using the 3.9 final since I used it for larger game play such as with my family and friends and I don't want to worry about it messing up stuff.
Plus, 3.9 is stable (for the most part) and any 4.0 nightly just isn't.

Oh, new problem, and this one really makes no sense at all.
I uninstalled SM4.0 and 3.9 so I could just use SM to work on SMMix, but here's the issue. I installed the new 3.9 in a different folder so it wouldn't load my helluva lot of songs, just the ones I'm stepping. HOWEVER, it still loads them for no real reason. The Stepmania.ini file has no additional folders asked for, and even after moving the songs to a completely different folder, SM still never fails to load them. And when it does, it only loads 1350 out of 4050 songs, and doesn't even load the very two songs I actually need. Help me! 
And Holic, I think maybe a ';' or ',' will suffice, if you put it between the two folders.
