What do you think about 18-foot songs?

I am sort of thinking of what you think about 18-foot songs? A few weeks ago, I played a few 18-foot songs, and I think that they are the hardest songs to play; I consider them "ultimate songs". I got an A on 3 of them, a AA on 1 and even a AAA on 1. The AAA was very difficult to get, because I was playing the hardest song available for StepMania, and it took me numerous tries to get the song down before I could even manage to get that AAA. But when I finally got the AAA, I said to myself "Yeah! That was a miracle!" Anyway, what do you think about those 18-footers?

Its like hell in the dancefloor hehehe. Joking, but I was so lucky to complete Pluto Relinquish in "Challenge" with a grade of AAA FC and I found out too that it will take me several practices on foot to clear it. Probably, the 18's will be the hardest steps and of course, expect to have more death runs as I have been wishing for deltaMAX in UNI 3....

The hardest song available for Stepmania? I hope you don't actually think that the songs in DDR X are the hardest charts available on Stepmania to date...

well i never done 18 but by the looks of the videos intense the real hardest song would be a 20 if one ever comes out to ddr

i'd probably have to say the hardest song would be 888 by DJ TECHNORCH

seriously, it would be a 19 on ddr X (even tho it is that on SM)

I don't think 888 is that much harder than the Fascinations, Pluto Relinquish, and Dead End Groove Radar Special, since it's only fast, and doesn't really have complex steps.

I agree with you about the Facinations, etc. They were some of the hardest. I think the hardest Facination song is like a 16 or 17 footer.

Oh, there are 2 facinations that are 18-footers, ok. I just increased the AA that I had on 1 of my 18-footers to a AAA! I'll try one of my Facinations next. I've only completed the song once yesterday, and I got a AA with only 14 greats.

Not for me. On my screen, They're all 10s.

They're all 18s on the DDR X scale, which maxes at 20 (though there are no 19s or 20s yet)

I just completed one of the 18-foot Facinations with a AAA! My third AAA on a 18-footer! I will definitely try the other Facination next, because it goes so fast, something like 700+ BPM at the fastest.

The only 18 that goes above 400 BPM is Pluto Relinquish, which goes to 800 BPM.
