Default Beatmania IIDX Japanese Controller and "Cyber Gadget PS3/PC Adapter"

I recently bought a Japanese Konami Controller and an Adapter

It shows up as a PS3 controller on my computer, but when I try to set keys on simulators, it always has some button pressed either 'Up' or '4'.

I'm wondering if it's the controller or adapter. When I spin the turntable while trying to calibrate, it ends up in the bottom right corner and doesn't move when I spin it again.

When I press the far right white key(7 key), it shows up as the View hat Pointing Left rather than a button which I think is abnormal. When I spin the turntable clockwise and counter clockwise, they view pointing up and down then return to neutral which I think is normal.

I can't set the keys for the Turntable and Far right key with JoyToKey which I much rather do because of the View Hat pointing system..

Is there any other recommended adapters? This one has Turbo which I think may be causing the problem.

I've tried reconnecting the controller to the adapter, but it doesn't seem to help.
