Uh.... I can pull the song off the game... I don't know exactly how I'd send the video to my computer. I have a TV tuner box, but does anyone know of a program that has AUX function so that I can send video to it? Thanks.

Haha, I tried to audacity the player select song off of a demo video but all of them don't go through the whole player select song so its always cut off. My friend is trying to find a high quality video and frap it.

I can just record the player music select songs straight from the game through and optical feed. THat's not a problem.

But I'd like to be able to send the game to my TV tuner box. The only reason I can't do it is beecause I icain't find software that supports an AUX function so I can hook the RCA jacks into the back. Or if that doesn't work, I can just do it the other way but I don't have the cable for the PS2 to do it that way.

Hmm. I know that you can hook the laptop to the tv and use the tv as a monitor but I'm don't know if you can turn it around and have the tv played on part of the computer screen (if that's what you're trying to do). Sorry, but a bit too high tech. Haha.

That's ok. I know my TV tuner can do it bcause it has RCA ports on the back of it. I just have to find software that can configure it. Seeing as the software works kind of like a TV in that it has channels. I've found a couple that work great for normal TV, but they don't have an AUX (00) channel. I can get the PS2 composit cable and just turn the software to channel 3, but I'd rather just use the RCA cables. Also... the other reason I wanna use the RCA cables is because my TV tuner is a USB one so it lags.

... badly. I have an RCA video splitter cable so I can send one image to the TV (nonlag) and the other image to the computer (lag.)

I also have an audio splitter so I can send the RCA audio to the computer (The tuner will sync the video with the audio) and send the optical cable to my PS2 (it will sync to what's on the TV.) I know it's complicated and it'll be a hastle for me to hook up, but I can do it if need be. Then I can just use a video editor and take what I want. If you just want the sound though, that's not a problem at all. I can just send the optical to my computer and you have the digital audio from the game....

About vids..... I just ordered Visual Emotion 6.......... *wink*

Visual emotion... That's sick, haha. I just need the player select song and the intro movie. I want the intro movie because me and my friend are working on a happy sky interface for stepmania. So we will probably edit the movie and cut out parts of it so it kind of resembles what the lunatic rave distorted theme does when it cuts the end of the distorted intro and puts lunatic rave in place of beatmania. You don't have to go through all this stuff unless you really want to. So if the movie comes with just the visual and not the sound, its aiight. Oh, haha, and don't expect me to release happy sky though because it's pretty ghetto. I kind of combined some of K//eternals happy sky designs, the actual happy sky interface, some other themers' ideas, with our own (But I'm not copying anything from others). I might release it if I think its good.

Well ok. I still need to find a software that has a channel 00 so I can send the video over. Since it's just a vid, lag is no issue....

Hmmm.... I'll try WinTV again on my new computer....

I'm using Youtube Flv to Avi software. But If you use Internet explorer, you just have to read the video on youtube and then go to "Tools->Internet Options", click the button "Parameter" of the "navigation historic". Then the button "Display files". The video should be here, the name is like "get_video?videoXXXX". Copy this file and rename it with the ".flv" extension (finally you should a software to convert flv to avi).

PS: Sorry my windows is in french, so I don't know if it is exactly this name path in internet explorer.
