im new to SSRMAX, i mean, i dont even know how to run it right. i click on start, and a little window comes up saying that windows encountered a problem and needs to close. can anyone like, guide me through SSRMAX?

BTW, does anyone know how to insert extra result screens? I thought you could just open random.ini under the Results Folder and add the files to the list. But for some reason, it only shows the 6th picture in the list (totally not random)
First, you have to change your compatability. Right-click SSRMAX.exe, and click the Compatability tab. Change it to Windows 2000 or Windows 98/ME. Doesn't matter. Try that first.
It also won't run if u don't cache ur songs. Or if u have an sd/hd theme running on the wrong video settings, or if u use the try to use the sound search option.
Any info on the Lunatic Rave sim that's to be coming out soon?
the beta version is out, but it references numerous fonts that originate in the Japanese version of Microsoft Office.
HolyStorm (owner of SimulationStyle.com) did upload a pack of fonts that various dojin games refer to, and these fonts happen to be in there. you may need to register to DL it.
note: LR blacklists konami official songs. you will not hear music if playing a KOS.
