Best ps2 to usb adapter that is not by radioshack?

Since I live in Belgium I can't get the radioshack adapter which is in store only (unless someone is willing to send me one, pm me for that)

I am looking for a usb adapter that registers turntable scratches correctly even wehen in fast succession and that is easy to get (no eBay searching involved)
