Changing LR timing to match Arcade

I figure somebody might have some experience on this one so at this point in time I'd like to ask if anybody knows what the timings windows are in the arcade as I saw a custom timing option in the game.

I found this timing on Outphase (I had no idea they still existed), and I kinda like it. Try it I guess.

Why don't you just make a backup of the original settings and see for yourself? :P

I'd say flashing great in the arcade is more like 11 ms. 16 ms is even easier than home timing. I'd put home timing somewhere around 13-15 ms?
