Its not really rocket science or anything.
You just have to add the video tag onto the BMS file.
Its been a Behemoth load of a long time since the last time I run BMDX, not that I stop playing IIDX just using other means now. Anyways I'll
!!!try!!! to remember how to input the tag correctly.
There are four tags that can be placed anywhere on the BMS file, [For refrence and testing use I suggest putting those tags somewhere you and access them when you view the BMS in notepad easily [Top or bottom]]These tags must be in a list order and cannot be seperated.
Video
VideoFPS
Videocolor
Videodelay
If you have the avi in the same folder as the song then you can save youreslf some time on the first video tag and have /A.AVI
If not then input the location of the vid file C:/whatever/A.avi
Word of caution. It may be conveniant to have all videos in one folder but if you move the location of any vid file and run the program w/o re-imputing the location you will crash BMDX.
VideoFPS and Videodelay. This is where trial and error occurs for configuring the start point of your video (videodelay [you can also have negaives as well])
and the speed of your video goes with the keysound. (VideoFPS)
It should look like something like this.
Video /A.avi
VideoFPS 29.95
Videocolor 16
Videodelay 0
Again I did this a long time ago so the impute method may be wrong but the process is right. Just search or ask someone how already have a BMS file with a video tag in it to see how it works.
