Does US PS2 Controller Work?

As the tital says, can you use a playstation 2 to usb adaptor and play simulators with a playstation 2 beatmania controller?
Are their simulators that this would/n't be possible?

I was never able to get my us KoC to work, but thats not to say it isnt possible.

If you can get the controller to register properly as a joystick, it should work on every simulator, though you might need Joy2Key.

My 2dx controller was just plug and play no problems using a usb converter

If its any help a ps3 controller works. PM me and ill send you the files to get it working with a lil read me to guide you along.

As said above, you need it to register as a joystick. Plug it (im using windows xp btw) then go to control panel---> Printers and other hardware--->Game Controllers

It should show up in the menu there. If it does, click properties and then press a button and see if a little icon lights up to indicate that you have pressed the button. Try google for a driver.
