most vista comes standard with the language packs installed, well mine at least. i have lunatic rave working perfectly on my vista.

you have to go to the control panel
go to clock, language,and region
under the language/region setting hit the change country/region
change format and location to japanese
go to the admin tab and change the system local to japan.
reboot computer
granted you configured LR correctly, it should boot up

Strangely, I don't even have to change to the Japanese language to get LR2 to run in Vista x64, it runs just fine in english. :P

ok I have lunatic rave 2 up and running at song selection, but I dragged the folder to the juke box and it shows up like

C:/users/evan/desktop/tribe 2 k

but when I click play i see it in the song list, no difficulty or anything or song preview, and no matter what button I push it won't start, what did I do wrong?

There's a hell of a lot of problems with what you're doing there.

Make the jukebox read in a common IIDX folder, with folders for each song. Don't make it you're desktop.

Heres what I do:

Make a folder in your LR2 folder called "Songs" and Make another folder for What mix its in (9, happy sky, troopers, etc.) and Put the BMS folders in there.

then go to LR2 settings, and drag the "songs" folder into the window, and make it the only folder in there.
